This website is operated by Maysoon Collection B.V. Throughout these Terms and Conditions, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Maysoon Collection B.V.

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms applicable to that order. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Products and product information

We aim to describe and display our products accurately, including their colours, materials, sizes and other relevant characteristics.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting. This does not affect your statutory rights if a product does not conform to the agreement.

Product availability may change. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.

3. Orders and order confirmation

When you place an order, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products.

We will send an order confirmation to the email address provided during checkout. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because an item is unavailable or because of a clear pricing error, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

If payment has already been collected for an order that cannot be fulfilled, we will refund the relevant amount.

We may take reasonable measures to investigate suspected fraudulent orders. Any cancellation or refusal of an order will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

4. Prices and payment

Product prices and any applicable shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.

For orders delivered within the European Union, prices include applicable VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply. Where such charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient. Relevant information will be provided where required by law.

The total amount payable will be shown before you place your order.

5. Shipping and delivery

Available delivery destinations, shipping charges and estimated delivery times are communicated during checkout or through our shipping information.

We aim to deliver orders within the communicated delivery period. If delivery is delayed, please contact us at info@maysooncollection.com.

We remain responsible for delivery in accordance with applicable consumer law. For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage generally passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.

Your statutory rights in the event of late or failed delivery remain unaffected.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers who purchase eligible products online generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving their order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, email info@maysooncollection.com within the applicable withdrawal period. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the products.

Maysoon Collection pays the return shipping costs. We will provide return instructions and arrange a return shipping label after you contact us.

Please contact us before sending a return so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.

You may inspect and try on products as you would in a physical store. If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit, you may be responsible for any resulting reduction in value.

Certain statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply, such as for products made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised products. Sale items are not automatically excluded from the right of withdrawal.

7. Refunds

When you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments due under applicable law, including the original standard delivery costs when the entire order is cancelled.

We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or you have provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless we agree otherwise.

8. Defective or incorrect products

If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the agreement, please contact us at info@maysooncollection.com.

Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may help us assess the situation but do not replace your statutory rights.

We will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law. Your statutory rights concerning repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the purchase remain unaffected.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges as a standard service.

If you would like a different size, colour or product, you may return an eligible item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and place a new order.

This does not limit your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming products.

10. Intellectual property

The website's original content, product photography, branding, designs and other protected materials belong to Maysoon Collection B.V. or their respective rights holders.

You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected materials without the relevant rights holder's permission, except where permitted by law.

11. Website use

You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes, fraudulent activities, infringement of intellectual property rights or actions intended to compromise the website's security.

We may take proportionate measures against misuse, subject to applicable law.

12. Third-party services

Our website may use services provided by third parties, including Shopify and payment providers.

Where relevant, separate terms or privacy notices may apply to those services. Maysoon Collection remains responsible for its own contractual obligations towards customers.

13. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms do not restrict your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights relating to defective products, delivery and refunds.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Changes will be published on our website. The terms applicable to an order will generally be those made available when that order was placed, unless a change is required by law or otherwise validly agreed.

16. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections that apply under the law of your country of habitual residence.

Any disputes will be handled by a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
