Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please follow the instructions below.

1. Returns within 14 days

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@maysooncollection.com. Include your order number and let us know which items you wish to return.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the items back.

2. How to return an item

To request a return:

Email info@maysooncollection.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
Wait for our return instructions and shipping label.
Package the items carefully and follow the instructions provided.

Please contact us before sending your return so we can provide the appropriate shipping instructions.

3. Return shipping costs

Maysoon Collection covers the return shipping costs for returns made under this policy.

Once you have contacted us, we will provide return instructions and arrange a return shipping label.

4. Condition of returned items

You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a physical store.

Please handle items with care and, where possible, return them with their original labels and packaging.

If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit, you may be responsible for any resulting reduction in value.

Missing packaging or labels does not automatically remove your statutory right of withdrawal.

5. Refunds

If you cancel your entire order within the statutory withdrawal period, we will refund the purchase price and the original standard delivery costs. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery method chosen by you will not be refunded.

We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using your original payment method unless we agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the refund.

If you return only part of your order, the original delivery costs will not automatically be refunded.

6. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us at info@maysooncollection.com as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Include your order number, a description of the issue and, if possible, photographs.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

7. Exceptions

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products where a legal exception applies, such as items made to your specifications or clearly personalised items.

Sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons may also be excluded if their seal has been broken after delivery, where the applicable legal conditions are met.

Sale items are not automatically excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.

Your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected.
