At Maysoon Collection B.V., we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can utilize our return policy as outlined below.
1. 14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return period. This means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Returns: Please note that we cannot accept your return if:
- The product has been worn or washed and shows signs of use.
- The original labels or hangtags are missing.
- The item has been altered or customized.
- The item has odors such as perfume, smoke, or body odor.
- The return shipment is incomplete, missing original packaging, accessories, or gifts from the purchase.
- The return period has expired.
- The item is a hygiene product, such as underwear, accessories, or another product with a broken seal.
- The returned products do not match the original order.
- There is excessive wear or damage due to improper use.
- The return shipment is not accompanied by a completed return form and valid proof of purchase.
Note: Items that do not meet the above return conditions may be refused.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Complete the return form available on our website or request it from customer service.
- Carefully package the product in its original packaging along with the packing slip or invoice.
- Ship your return:
- Within the EU: Use the return label available through our return portal.
- Outside the EU: You can arrange a return shipment via a carrier of your choice. Please note that Maysoon Collection is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Return Costs:
- Maysoon Collection covers the return shipping costs.
3. Refunds
Once we have received your return, it will be inspected. This process can take up to 5 business days. If your return is approved, the refund process will be initiated within 10 business days to your original payment method.
- Note: Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time to reflect the refund.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at info@maysooncollection.com. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your order according to our return policy and place a new order.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without providing a reason, in addition to our standard return policy.
Important: Returns that do not comply with our policy may be refused at the discretion of Maysoon Collection B.V.
